The VA HouseDesigner is probably the best offer for everyone on the worldwide market for house-and garden planning. This architectural software offers unequalled price- and performance opportunities. A must have professional architecture and visualization tool. Just start with the house assistant and in a few seconds you will have a complete walk through capable 3D model.
Self-evident are the functions limited in the HouseDesigner in comparison to the HouseDesigner Premium and the HouseDesigner Professional, but advanced in comparison to the VA ApartmentDesigner. Now you can plan entire buildings with several floors and complete them with simple roofs or complex roof areas. You can even include the surrounding of your house into the planning. With support tools like landings, ceiling plates, wall- and ceiling break as well as top- and lower beams you are able to design your building all round. Like in ArCon you can calculate construction costs and living areas etc... With several windows open you are able to view your project from different angles.

The context related information for the asked question appears immediately on the screen with a mouse click. The planning and the construction of your project will be easier and the results will appear faster.
You don’t need any special CAD knowledge for this House Designer software. You plan your project, that means walls, doors, windows, stairs, etc. in the floor plan and with one mouse click you see your project in 3D. That gives you a continues visual control of the entire house as well as for construction details. You can check and view the design and the perfect illumination of the rooms with real light conditions at any time during the planning phase.
In the construction mode you start with the floor plan. With the powerful functions you put in windows, doors and stairs and construct new floors and roofs which you can check for correctness already during enter with the 3D Preview. You can design the terrain around your house and put cuts through your planning, which gives you fascinating views into your building – also in 3D.
With a mouse click you switch into the design mode, which shows you the building in a photo realistic 3D-Display. In the design mode you plan the furnishing, continue with the design and choose the colours, as well as the surrounding of your house. For that the HouseDesigner provides a catalogue with furniture, surface structures and colours. With a simple „Drag & Drop“ you pull the wallpapers on the walls or put the furniture in the rooms. Putting in lamps and with the setting of the sun and moon position you get light into your planning. The integrated rendering mode gives you a photo realistic display of light, shadow and reflection.
The VA HouseDesigner is complete compatible downwards with all current VA software versions, also with the previous ArCon open series. You are able to use all data of a planning-project in VA software and complete them.
