The VA HouseDesigner premium powered by ArCon open is the modern planning software for your demands, either for drawing of an already existing building or the planning of a new one, done very easily and displayed photo realistic.

VA HouseDesigner premium is the replacement of the ArCon +5 open version. With the HouseDesigner Premium you are able to plan your house project at the pc and to completely individual furnish and design with a choice of more then 3000 3D objects and textures. Also you can walk through your project in a 3D view.

The 3DS Import filter is already inclusive, means the object catalogue is endless expandable.Due to the effective visualization and presentation the architectural planning looks very close to realit.

The VA HouseDesigner Premium is a professional architecture- and visualization tool. From the house- and floor plan assistant, actual cost estimation up to the fantastic room planner. The planning time for the building application will shortened. Time is money!

With the effective visualization and presentation  you will get an imagination of the architectural planning very close to reality. This offers you a close dialogue with architects, realtors and clients.

Realistic conditions of light and shadow made possible by Ray Tracing:It doesn’t matter where in the world your house is located, you can simulate with the VA HouseDesigner Premium via latitude and longitude the position of the sun for example on the date 03.09.2018 in respective to your terrace or bedroom and where the shadow falls.

The VA HouseDesigner Premium contains already more than 3000 objects and textures from all aspects of daily life – from furnishing up to wall papers and flooring. Included is the exclusive WACKENHUT SCHLAFKULTUR Bedroom Sortiment. The VA HouseDesigner  Premium provides you extensive functions, which almost don’t leave room for more possibilities.

With the  3DS Im- / Export filter you can extend your object library almost endless. There are thousands of websites, where you can legally download 3D objects, for example a 3D ashtray or 3D cell phone or even a 3D goat. We gladly offer you a list with official 3DS provider for your convenience.

Pictures of your loved ones taken with your digital camera can be pulled via drag & drop in 3D picture frames. The pictures will be saved automatically inside the VA HouseDesigner Premium and give you the possibility to simulate your visualisation project realistically. Your loved ones will be surprised when they walk through the house virtually and see pictures of themselves. The walking through the virtual house and property is as easy as it is in a video game.

You are planning your project, that is walls, doors, windows, stairs etc., in the floor plan. You see your project right away with a mouse click. This enables the constant visual control of the entire house, as well as of the construction details. The design and the illumination in reference to real light conditions of the rooms can be checked and viewed anytime in the planning phase.

The VA HouseDesigner Premium is complete compatible downwards with all current VA software versions, also with the previous ArCon open series. You are able to use all data of a planning-project in VA software and complete them.
